Luxury Apartment Redesign with Structural Ceiling Lift | Dome Fresco & Classic Royal Interior
This exceptional project involved a structural and artistic transformation of a standard first-floor apartment unit into a luxurious palace-like residence. While building regulations often limit ceiling height, we executed a bold architectural maneuver—removing and rebuilding both the slab and floor system to gain an additional 55 centimeters of ceiling height.
This added space allowed us to construct a hand-crafted ornate dome ceiling, complete with a classical fresco centerpiece, custom gypsum ornaments, and a crystal chandelier—all executed by skilled artisans.
The entire interior was reimagined in Baroque-Rococo fusion style, featuring golden carved furniture, velvet drapery, wall panels with gilded framing, and a high-gloss floor finish. The harmony between architecture, décor, and craftsmanship makes this one of the most refined renovation projects we’ve ever delivered.
