Full Classical Apartment Renovation | Ceiling Raise & Royal Redesign

This project involved the complete transformation of a standard apartment unit into a high-ceilinged, neoclassical royal salon. Similar to our previous landmark work, we executed a structural ceiling modification by demolishing and rebuilding the floor-slab system to achieve an additional 55 cm ceiling height—enabling the grand circular dome ceiling with a layered gypsum rosette centerpiece.

The interior is a tribute to classical European grandeur, featuring custom-made carved gold furniture, velvet emerald upholstery, ornate wall moldings, mirrored niches, and baroque column elements. Every surface was carefully redesigned—from the ceiling geometry and lighting down to the flooring continuity and harmony of furniture layout.

Executed in under 90 days, this project is a testimony to how standard apartment limitations can be overcome with bold vision, structural innovation, and precise craftsmanship.
